Where are you located?

- We are located in Austin, TX

Where is my order? It says it has arrived, but I don't see it

- Please follow the updates on your tracking number that is provided to you once your order has been shipped. If you need help finding your tracking number you may email us for further assistance. Once we hand your package to the USPS we are not responsible or liable for anything that happens to it. We are not USPS so once your order is handed to them they are the ones you need to contact in regards to your order. The only information we have about your order is what is on the link with tracking number the USPS has provided. We suggest to visit your local USPS, show them your tracking number and ask if they might have it there. You can also ask a neighbor if they might have received your mail by accident as it seems this happens a lot in these kinds of cases. Please make sure your address is correct before purchasing , we are not responsible for lost orders due to the customer inputting the wrong address at checkout. 

Something is wrong/Missing from my order

- Please provide photo evidence if you received a wrong item or did not receive something you ordered. We will be more than happy to fix whatever is wrong with your order.

I want to order, but shipping is so expensive

- We are aware shipping can be quite costly, especially international shipping. We do provide stamped shipping as well as tracked shipping. If you would like to use stamps to ship your order, please DM us on Instagram @cozyloveclub to order. Domestic stamped shipping starts at $1.20 and International starts at $2.40. We accept PayPal and Venmo as payment. You can only order sticker sheets with stamped shipping, anything over 3 ounces will require additional payment or you will need to pay for tracked shipping. You are aware that your order will be sent with stamps and will be untrackable. We are not liable for what happens to your order once it is in the hands of the USPS.

I don't like my order, I want a refund

- Unfortunately we will not refund you in any case unless absolutely necessary. We do not accept refunds once your order has been shipped.If you are not satisfied with your order due to the fact it's just not your taste we cannot refund you. 

Can I cancel my order?

- You may cancel your order within 24 hours. If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order and we will not refund you once you've received your order. If you have a custom order you cannot cancel. Please email us within 24 hours to cancel your order and we will cancel for you.

Do you have promo codes?

- We do not offer any sort of promo code at the moment, but we do offer free shipping for our US customers if they purchase over $80 of items from our website.
